LETTER OF INTENT: WITH TRAINING COMES SUPPORT TO HUMANITARIAN ACTION

Dear Sirs,
Palilula Municipality, launched a humanitarian campaign called'' Let's help our children'' from July 2013th. Action is part of the socio-humanitarian programs of Municipality of Palilula which aims to support families who are faced with the problem of providing adequate conditions for the health care of children. In cooperation with the Agency for the management system engineering -, CERT-PLUS, which controls the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements in the work of the municipality, it was agreed that the Agency, in support of humanitarian activities'' Let's help our children'', organizes training of management and employees in organizations-businesses and other interested legal and natural persons, for those that are given in the appendix.

You need to apply until at least 31st of August 2013. to this announcement Agency, CERT PLUS, by calling 069/2212-956 or by e mail office@cert-plus.com (Najdan Vojnovic) and answer what kind of training you are interested in?; also specify the number of interested students and choose a working or non-working day of training for your candidate. By participation of candidates for your organization-training company, institution is contributing to the objectives of humanitarian activities. The payments that would be made ​​for conducting training of management and employees of organizations - businesses and other interested legal and natural persons, would be transferred to the special account of Palilula number 840-2879741-16, opened at the Ministry of Finance - Treasury, for humanitarian action '' Let's help our children''.

That means the full satisfaction of customers-the citizens of Palilula and employees. In this way, after a four-year low Palilula Municipality found itself on the world referent list of local self governments that meet the stringent requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standards. The quality management system is an integral part of business policy and all activities of its establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement are aligned with the relevant legislation. The main goal of successful operation of Palilula is completely customer satisfaction. Representatives of the certification body LL-C (Certification) from Prague-Czech Republic, authorized by CERT'' PLUS'' Agency engineering management system, assessed the 2012th and concluded that the work of Palilula meets the strict requirements of quality standards.
